You are all aware that we have engaged an engineering firm to identify the areas of the garage we will need to repair.
Ty spotted several new cracks in the Deck Surface and reported back to our Engineer, Greg Parsons, and he recommended that we restrict access to the Garage until Temporary Shoring is in place in those areas underneath the cracks. Unfortunately, it appears that the damage to the Garage Structure is worse than we originally thought, and deteriorating more rapidly.
So the garage is now closed to parking. We will let you know when the areas are properly supported and where you will be able to park. You should alert any renters scheduled in the near future. Ty is alerting those now in the complex.
